The Entercise MS6102 Adjustable Multi-Functional Bench combines an adjustable weight bench with dedicated arm and leg training stations, making it an excellent all-in-one solution for a home gym.

The 6-position adjustable backrest and seat lets you quickly change your training position to suit a variety of strength exercises. An integrated leg developer expands your lower-body training with seated leg extensions and leg curl variations, while the padded preacher curl station provides added support for controlled, isolated bicep training.

For progressive resistance, the front attachment includes an Olympic weight horn, allowing weight plates to be added to your leg exercises. Six padded leg supports improve comfort and positioning, while the sturdy steel frame provides a stable platform throughout your workout.

Despite its versatility, the MS6102 maintains a relatively compact footprint and includes transport wheels for easier movement and storage.
